Job Description

Position Overview Forge Hospitality is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Breakfast Attendant to support morning food and beverage operations at our Homewood Suites. This role is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and presenting the breakfast area while delivering friendly guest service. Key Responsibilities Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast area according to brand standards. Prepare and replenish food and beverage items throughout breakfast service. Ensure food is presented attractively and maintained at proper temperatures. Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area, kitchen, and storage spaces. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management. Assist with light food preparation and dishwashing as needed. Qualifications Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Dependable, punctual, and teamoriented. Knowledge of food safety practices preferred (or ability to obtain certification). Why Join Forge Hospitality?
