Schedule Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekend and holiday coverage Shift begins at 5AM Responsibilities Set up and maintain the complimentary breakfast buffet according to brand standards. Prepare and replenish hot and cold breakfast items. Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service. Follow food safety and sanitation standards. Break down and clean the kitchen and breakfast area after service. Count items for weekly order (inventory) Put order away Qualifications Customer service and/or food service experience preferred. Ability to work early morning shifts. Friendly, outgoing and positive attitude with strong guest service skills. Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
