Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Concession Stand Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service experiences by preparing, selling, and serving a variety of food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your efforts will ensure customer satisfaction, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a clean and organized concession stand. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions accurately. Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring quick service and satisfaction. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils regularly. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, and warming stations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation protocols. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed throughout shifts. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong skills in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Experience operating kitchen equipment safely within a food industry setting. Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or special event days. Retail sales experience or background in café or restaurant operations is advantageous.
