Full‑Time Weekend and holiday rotation required The Food Services Receiving Aide/Dishwasher is to perform a variety of custodial duties within the Food Service Department to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness. Responsibilities include ensuring kitchen equipment is clean and free of dust and dirt and maintaining a high level of overall cleanliness throughout the Food Service Department. This position will be performed in accordance with
TANDEM LIVING

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous custodial or dishwashing experience preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, including accurately reading and interpreting written instructions.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Clean kitchen walls, floors, and both small and large equipment, including ovens, ranges, exhaust hoods, and other assigned kitchen areas, to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Remove trash, cardboard, and recyclable materials from kitchen areas and dispose of them in the appropriate designated locations. Transport food carts between the main kitchen and nursing units in a safe and timely manner. Assist with other kitchen and Food Service duties as needed during staff shortages, emergencies, or as assigned. Properly select, handle, and use cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer guidelines and the equipment or surfaces being cleaned.
