Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant and be the first smiling face our guests see in the morning! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional breakfast service by preparing, presenting, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays and replenishing items to ensure freshness and presentation quality Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing prompt and courteous customer service throughout their breakfast experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces regularly Assist in food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning to support kitchen operations Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper handling of all food items to meet health standards Support catering or banquet events by setting up buffet lines, assisting with food presentation, and managing guest requests Monitor dietary accommodations and special requests to provide personalized service for all guests Skills Proven experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience serving in restaurants, catering events, or banquet settings Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures Background in hospitality or dietary aide roles is a plus Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is advantageous Commitment to food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable mornings!
