PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists in the preparation of food and set up the cafeteria line(s). 2. Reads and follows menu instruction sheets. Utilizes portion control when serving food to meet regulatory guidelines. Understands "offer vs. serve". 3. Serves students and guests in a welcoming and friendly manner. 4. Follows the highest standards of safety and sanitation in the kitchen. 5. Correctly uses POS system where applicable. 6. Correctly identifies reimbursable breakfasts and lunches. 7. Sets up and balances the cash register drawer and performs necessary paper work. 8. Willing to learn updated technology where applicable. 9. Assists KCSD staff with table set up and take down for breakfast and lunch programs. 10. Works cooperatively with other employees and management. 11. Maintains consistent attendance. 12. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. 13.
