Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our breakfast service, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation and service areas following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling, including portioning, plating, and replenishing buffet stations or serving areas Support food safety management by adhering to proper storage, temperature controls, and hygiene protocols Engage with guests courteously, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions about menu options or dietary needs Operate POS systems efficiently for order processing and billing purposes Handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace, lifting supplies or equipment safely during setup and cleanup Skills Proven experience in fine dining or restaurant environments, with a strong foundation in food handling and service techniques Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitizing procedures, and food industry regulations Experience with catering or banquet services is highly desirable Familiarity with culinary practices, including food preparation and presentation skills Ability to work efficiently with POS systems and manage multiple tasks seamlessly Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Barista experience or wine knowledge is a plus for elevating guest interactions Strong understanding of hospitality principles, including dietary considerations and food safety management Capable of manual handling tasks safely, including weight handling in busy service periods Join us as a Breakfast Attendant to kickstart memorable mornings for our guests!
