ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in the preparation of food portions and prepare service line. 2. Serve students and staff from service line. 3. Maintain cleanliness of pots and pans and meal trays and assist in the cleaning of service line, tables, and furnishings in the dining area. 4. Operate dish machine and maintain cleanliness of dish machine and area. 5. Perform related duties as required by supervisor, including duties at special functions. 6. Ability to lift 5-40 pounds. 30% of job requirement. 7. Comply with current United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures. 8. Other duties as assigned by the Food Services Manager. Must have/obtain current PA Child Abuse History, PA Criminal Record Check, and PA Dept. of Education FBI Background Check.
