Rivers Casino Pittsburgh Position Summary:
As a Food & Beverage Cart Attendant at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, you play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, professional, and courteous service. This position involves efficiently handling concessions, taking food orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized work station.
Responsibilities:
Accurately take food orders, present food to customers, process payments, and give change as necessary. Provide concessions to customers with a focus on efficiency and professionalism. Work all shifts and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling. Possess comprehensive knowledge of job-related procedures. Familiarity with the menu items, specials, and prices. Complete side work and assigned duties in a timely manner. Uphold standards in appearance and work ethic, setting an example for the team. Ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times. Maintain awareness of safety and accident prevention, reporting incidents as necessary. Facilitate communication between shifts. Stay updated on all departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Comfort working in a smoking environment. Ability to communicate in English verbally and in written format with Team members and guests Money-handling experience and basic math skills. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to interact with guests and team members. Cooperative, helpful, and friendly nature with a neat and well-groomed appearance. Adherence to uniform policies, including nametag, badge, and slip-resistant shoes. Punctuality, adherence to sign-in procedures, and knowledge of related job procedures. Effective communication with team members and guests. Willingness to fulfill the pre-employment process. Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays.
