Whether preparing delicious breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness, or assisting with food presentation, you'll play a vital part in delivering memorable mornings that keep guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and food service equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling, including portioning, plating, and replenishing buffet stations or serving areas Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays Ensure proper manual handling techniques when lifting or moving heavy items such as trays or supplies Follow food safety management protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination Support catering or banquet setups as needed for special events or large groups Restock supplies and ensure all areas are organized for smooth service flow Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality roles is highly desirable Fine dining experience or culinary background enhances your ability to deliver exceptional service Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations is essential Experience operating kitchen equipment and POS systems demonstrates your technical proficiency Customer service skills with a focus on in-person interactions create positive guest experiences Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation adds value to the role Experience in catering, banquet service, or dietary aide roles is beneficial for supporting diverse service needs Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding breakfast experiences!
