The Holiday Inn Shippensburg is looking for a breakfast attendant to provide a wonderful breakfast experience for our guests. Experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Duties:

Warmly greets guests. Provides friendly personalized service to all guests Setup dishes/trays, napkins, utensils, cups and other service ware. Prepares hot and cold breakfast food items per ServSafe and Brand standards. Ensure hot and cold beverages remain filled. Arranges food & beverage items in an attractive, organized, clean and standardized presentation. Continuously monitors and replenishes buffet as needed. Takes daily inventory of food, beverages and service supplies and provide order requests to the manager twice a week. Receives merchandise, confirms order, labels, and stores in the proper location. Follows the First-in/First-out inventory management system to prevent unused expired items. Adheres to all applicable food service standards from Brand and local Health Department to prevent cross contamination or food borne illnesses. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the breakfast room and prep room. Breaks down buffet area with proper cleaning and disposal techniques. Washes & stores serving equipment, including utensils, displays, warming pans. Performs routine extensive cleaning per manufacturers recommendations. Additional responsibilities may be added per management. Deep Clean the serving and prep rooms once per week.

Pay:

$13.00 - $14.00 per hour
