Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for guests. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast items according to established standards. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing exceptional customer service. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Restock food items as necessary throughout the breakfast service. Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Qualifications Previous kitchen experience or food service background is preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in hospitality roles such as host/host or guest services is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and orderliness.
