Summary:
Under the direction of the Food Service Manager and the Dietary Supervisor, performs a variety of general kitchen, diet aide and cafeteria duties.Education:
Requires the ability to read, write and follow written or verbal instructions.Skills and Abilities:
- Requires the use of some judgment to follow instructions and standard procedures.
- Ability to utilize sound interpersonal skills when interacting and taking into consideration cultural background, linguistic skills and age of customers.
- Maintains information confidential (HIPAA).
