Part-time 2 days per week Shift begins at 5:00 AM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet while providing a clean, welcoming dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet before guest service begins. Monitor the buffet throughout service and replenish food and beverages as needed. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the breakfast area, including wiping and sanitizing tables. Clean and sanitize the kitchen, breakfast area, and equipment after breakfast service has ended. Rotate food inventory using proper food safety and freshness guidelines. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Provide friendly and courteous service to hotel guests as needed. Qualifications Ability to start work at 5:00 AM . Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Previous food service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and customer service. Food safe certification Reliable transportation
