Our Café is often the first stop for someone visiting Seacoast — and you'd help make it feel like home. We're looking for a servant-hearted leader to run daily café operations, lead our team of staff and volunteers, and create a warm, excellent guest experience rooted in Seacoast's mission and values. What You'll Do Run the floor: Lead daily café operations and set the tone for a welcoming, excellent guest experience Build the team: Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise café staff and volunteers Serve guests: Greet guests, work the register, and fulfill orders efficiently and warmly Keep things running: Manage inventory, ordering, and budget; help shape a fresh, seasonal menu Make the connection: Connect visitors with Seacoast staff to help them take their next steps Lead under pressure: Stay calm and steady during busy rushes, setting the example for your team What You Bring Christ Follower (Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions aligned with our religious faith and beliefs
Experience :
Food & Beverage management experience preferred; barista experience a plus Food safety knowledge: Familiarity with DHEC food safety standards; ServSafe certification a bonus
Adaptability:
Comfortable learning new systems, juggling priorities, and adapting on the fly Attention to detail: Sharp memory for recipes and procedures, and a genuine care for details
Availability:
Full availability for day shifts, Sundays, some weeknights, and major church events
