The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings are prepared and presented to the highest standards. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be the first point of contact for guests during their morning meal. Responsibilities Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Cook and prepare a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, and beverages. Assist with food preparation and meal presentation to ensure quality standards are met. Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy dining environment. Communicate effectively with guests to provide information about menu items and address any dietary needs or preferences. Manage inventory of breakfast supplies, reporting any shortages or needs to management. Utilize OpenTable or similar systems for reservations or guest management when necessary. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries related to breakfast services or reservations. Assist with catering events or banquets as needed. Skills Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably in a hospitality setting. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and catering services is a plus. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
