Food & Beverage / Clubhouse Assistant Manager Join Our Hospitality Team We are seeking a dependable, energetic, hospitality-minded Food & Beverage / Clubhouse Assistant Manager to join our team at a private plantation. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, creating memorable guest experiences, and being part of a close-knit team. No two days are the same. You will work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager to coordinate dining operations, support and train staff, manage inventory, and help ensure our members and guests receive exceptional service. What You'll Do Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to support daily food and beverage operations. Assist with scheduling, training, and supervising kitchen and service staff. Coordinate with Duty Managers regarding guest meals, activities, schedules, and last-minute changes. Help create a welcoming, professional and elegant dining experience for members and guests. Communicate guest dietary restrictions, allergies, and special meal requests to the appropriate team members. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding alcohol service. Help with purchasing food, beverages, and related supplies as needed. Monitor inventory and complete monthly food and beverage inventory counts. Help maintain appropriate stock levels while minimizing waste. Assist with special events and other hospitality needs. Occasionally transport guests to and from the airport. Step in wherever needed to support the team and provide excellent guest service. The ideal candidate enjoys hospitality and understands that great service often comes down to small details.
