Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant, where your energy and hospitality skills will set the tone for our guests' mornings! In this lively role, you'll be the first face they see, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while preparing and maintaining a delicious breakfast experience. Your attention to detail and passion for food service will help create memorable mornings for every guest. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, cooking, and assembling dishes using proper food handling techniques Manage buffet setup, replenishing items as needed to ensure freshness and availability Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and order processing Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to maintain a tidy dining environment Support catering or banquet setups for special events or group breakfasts when required Follow all food safety protocols and dietary guidelines to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction handling Experience with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in a busy setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide friendly guest service and handle phone etiquette professionally Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety regulations is a plus Prior experience as a host/hostess, catering assistant, or in hotel or restaurant settings is advantageous Embark on an energetic journey where your culinary skills and passion for hospitality will brighten guests' mornings!
