You'll be responsible for setting up breakfast areas, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and properly displayed Maintain food safety standards by following sanitizing procedures and proper food handling techniques Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly service to enhance their experience Restock supplies, replenish food items, and ensure the breakfast area remains clean and organized throughout service Handle manual tasks such as lifting supplies, setting tables, and managing weight handling in the workplace safely Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for any paid breakfast options or special orders efficiently and accurately Follow all food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices Experience with wine knowledge or barista skills is a plus but not required Strong customer service skills with an energetic and positive attitude Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and effectively in a busy setting Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment transactions Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not essential A background in culinary arts or dietary aide experience can be beneficial for understanding food preparation standards This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic team environment.
