Primary Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude 👋 Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas 🧼 Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service 😊 Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu 📋 Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards 🧑‍🍳 Deliver consistent, excellent guest service 🌟 🧠
Skills & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Restaurant experience a plus 🍽️ Hotel experience highly preferred 🏨 Guest service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure 💪 Team player who can also work independently 🤝 Professional written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and follow all food safety policies Flexible, adaptable, and dependable 🏃
Physical Requirements:
