Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks in accordance with safety guidelines Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and efficiently Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems when handling guest orders or purchases Support in replenishing supplies, managing weight handling in the workplace, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients Skills Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently to uphold hygiene standards Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and manual handling procedures Basic math skills for inventory management Knowledge of dietary considerations is a plus Excellent customer service skills with in-person interaction capabilities in a hospitality setting Experience with banquet or catering services is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Breakfast Attendant and be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences every morning!
