As a Breakfast Attendant, you are the first friendly face many of our guests see each morning — the person who sets the tone for their entire day with a hot, inviting complimentary breakfast and a genuine smile. This is a role for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming start to the day and understands that a great breakfast experience is its own form of hospitality. What You'll Do Guest Experience & Service Greet and interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and service-oriented manner throughout the breakfast service period Ensure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of during their morning meal Provide knowledgeable recommendations on local Gatlinburg attractions, dining, and activities Address guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally Breakfast Operations & Standards Set up, maintain, and replenish all breakfast food stations and supplies throughout the service period to ensure a consistently full, fresh, and inviting spread Maintain thorough knowledge of all breakfast menu items and ingredients Monitor food quality, presentation, and temperature standards throughout service Break down and clean all breakfast and lobby areas at the conclusion of the service period Follow all AATMOS Hospitality food safety, sanitation, and standard operating procedures at all times Perform additional duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For Experience & Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1 year of food service or customer-facing hospitality experience preferred but not required Skills & Abilities Warm, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a busy service period independently Physical & Schedule Requirements Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs throughout each shift Benefits & Perks Medical insurance Discounted vision and dental insurance Employee hotel travel program with discounted rooms across the AATMOS portfolio Paid time off, vacation pay, and sick pay ZayZoon daily pay — access your earned wages when you need them Opportunities for career growth within a growing hospitality group At AATMOS Hospitality, we're committed to a positive, inclusive workplace where passionate hospitality professionals can thrive and grow.
