Responsibilities Prepare and replenish breakfast buffet stations with a variety of hot and cold items, ensuring freshness and presentation appeal Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a hygienic environment for both guests and staff Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, portioning, and basic cooking under supervision Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, utensils, and kitchen equipment through regular cleaning routines Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including warming trays, coffee machines, and food dispensers Process cash transactions accurately at the breakfast service point using POS systems when applicable Support dietary accommodations by understanding dietary restrictions and assisting with special requests Experience Previous experience in food handling or food service environments is preferred, especially within hospitality or restaurant settings Fine dining experience or banquet/catering background is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail and high standards of service Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures is highly desirable Experience operating kitchen equipment and manual handling skills are beneficial for smooth workflow Basic math skills for processing transactions and measuring ingredients confidently Knowledge of wine or beverage service can be an added advantage for enhancing guest experience in breakfast settings Strong customer service skills with a focus on in-person interactions to ensure guest satisfaction Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional breakfast experiences!
