As Assistant Director of F&B / Outlets Manager, you'll oversee daily outlet operations, lead a dynamic team, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across all dining venues. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar & room service Partner with the Director of F&B to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction throughout the department Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house teams to maintain high service standards Manage scheduling, labor controls, and productivity to meet financial goals Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards Collaborate with culinary team on menu execution, promotions, and seasonal offerings Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control initiatives Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training programs Qualifications 2-5+ years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience with POS systems and scheduling platforms Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive salary + bonus potential Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Growth and advancement opportunities A supportive, team-focused culture 401K Employee perks including hotel discounts, free meals & free on-site parking Why Join Us?
