Paid training is provided to help you succeed and grow within our team. Duties Greet customers warmly at the service window, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise transactions Help prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high quality and presentation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, giving change, and processing card payments with POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the service window, food prep areas, and utensils following food safety guidelines Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments within the food industry or quick service restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that engages guests positively Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining accuracy Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and performing retail math calculations Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe environment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting, managing tasks like serving, cashiering, bussing, and food handling seamlessly Join us if you're passionate about delivering great food with an energetic spirit!
