Duties Supervise daily food truck operations, including food preparation, service flow, and customer interactions to ensure a seamless dining experience Manage inventory control processes, including stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all food production areas Ensure that the food truck upholds cleanliness standards.
