Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to lead our bustling dining operations. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise daily food truck operations, including food preparation, service flow, and customer interactions to ensure a seamless dining experience Manage inventory control processes, including stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all food production areas Ensure that the food truck upholds cleanliness standards. Requirements Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, and kitchen management practices Experience in inventory control and food safety compliance Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Ability to manage shift operations effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Strong leadership qualities with the ability to interview staff candidates and foster a positive work environment Join us as an F&B Supervisor where your leadership will elevate our Food Truck services!
