Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of tableware, chairs, and supplies following safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including sweeping floors and sanitizing surfaces regularly Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and ensure smooth service flow Support catering events or special functions by assisting with setup, cleanup, and food handling tasks Skills Strong cleaning and sanitation skills to uphold health standards in a busy food service environment Experience in bussing or food service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members Knowledge of restaurant operations, table setting techniques, and food safety protocols Effective communication skills to ensure clear instructions and teamwork in fast-paced settings Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences by ensuring our tables are inviting and our environment is spotless.
