What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities): Leadership & Operations Support the General Manager in leading and coaching a team of 15-30 crew members Ensure all shift operations meet brand, food safety, and cleanliness standards Open and/or close the cafe with precision and accountability Manage labor and inventory with a sharp eye on costs and efficiency Guest Experience Create a positive, high-energy environment that keeps guests coming back Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset Promote menu items, seasonal offers, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue Team Development Train, develop, and mentor new and existing team members Foster a fun, inclusive, and motivated workplace culture Assist with hiring decisions and performance evaluations Business Growth Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest areas for improvement Implement local marketing and community outreach initiatives Support daily financial transactions including cash handling and deposit preparation

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of experience in food service or retail management (QSR experience a big plus!) Passion for health, wellness, and great customer service Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
