Responsibilities Prepare and serve a delicious, inviting breakfast buffet in the morning, ensuring all food items are fresh, well-presented, and replenished promptly Greet guests with enthusiasm, provide excellent customer service, and address any inquiries or special requests with a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations Oversee overnight hotel operations as Night Auditor by reviewing daily financial transactions, updating records, and ensuring accuracy of guest accounts Conduct nightly audits of reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing processes to ensure smooth front desk operations Respond promptly to guest needs during night shifts, including handling phone inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks to ensure the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort environments Bilingual or multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations with a focus on guest services and relations Knowledge of night audit procedures, including financial reconciliation and reservation management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and proactive problem-solving abilities Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries efficiently Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment This role offers an engaging work environment where your hospitality skills can shine!
