Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next patrons. Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing any additional support needed during service. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and restrooms. Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Follow all food handling and safety procedures to ensure a safe dining environment. Support the overall hospitality efforts of the restaurant by assisting with any other tasks as needed. Skills Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is a plus. A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service are crucial for success in this role.
