Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenishing items as needed to maintain freshness and availability Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and serving stations Assist guests with food selections, dietary needs, and special requests with a friendly attitude Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support catering or banquet events by setting up breakfast displays and assisting with food service logistics Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service during busy hours Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor Experience serving or catering in hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Previous banquet or catering experience enhances your suitability for this role Join us in creating memorable mornings for our guests!
