Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests in a hotel setting. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area while ensuring that all food items are fresh and appealing. Duties Set up the breakfast area with food items, utensils, and beverages according to hotel standards. Ensure that all food items are replenished throughout the breakfast service and presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Communicate effectively with guests to provide excellent customer service and address any dietary needs or preferences. Assist in the preparation of certain food items as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and maintain inventory levels. Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally to enhance their overall experience. Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding food safety and sanitation. Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required. Experience in a hotel setting or guest services is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. A background as a delivery driver or dietary aide can be beneficial for understanding customer needs in food service. Knowledge of culinary practices or catering services is advantageous but not mandatory.
