Food Service Worker | PRN (As-Needed) Service / Skilled Trades Food Services
DESCRIPTION

Shift Information:
This position is PRN working as needed by the department.
Pay:
$14 per hour minimum and can increase based on experience.

May work as a dish washer or pot washer. May work as a tray delivery person, a tray assembly starter, or a floor supply stocker. May work as a cashier if prior limited experience is noted. May work as a line server. Cleans and sanitizes the kitchen, cafeteria, and patient dishes. Maintains departmental requirements for cleanliness. Complies with regulatory requirements.
Required Education:
Ability to read and write.
Preferred Education:
High School graduate or G.E.D.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of therapeutic diets, age specific dietary needs and HIPAA requirements.
Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification:
ServSafe or HACCP certification current
Preferred Experience:
At least 1 year experience working in restaurants, hospitals or institutional kitchens or customer service oriented business.
