Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency and care, maintaining high food safety standards Set up breakfast areas, including tables, buffet stations, and serving stations, ensuring cleanliness and organization Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions Replenish food displays promptly to ensure freshness and presentation appeal Maintain cleanliness of all service areas, including counters, utensils, and dining spaces throughout your shift Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold health regulations and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and presentation for buffet or plated service Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience serving or catering in banquet settings is a plus Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols Background in hospitality or restaurant operations enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service can be an added advantage Previous dietary aide or food handling experience demonstrates your commitment to health standards This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in dynamic environments.
