Cafeteria Assistant Kid Kountry Learning Center - 2.8 Longview, TX Job Details Full-time $10.50 - $11.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Serving Full Job Description The Cafeteria Attendant supports daily meal service by safely serving food to children, maintaining a clean cafeteria environment, and completing essential cleaning duties throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Meal Service & Food Program Serve food to children during breakfast, lunch, and snack. Mark the food program accurately and in real time for each meal. Ensure all food‑handling and safety guidelines are followed. Maintain a calm, positive atmosphere while children are eating. Cleaning & Sanitation Clean and sanitize tables after breakfast, lunch, and snack . Sweep and mop cafeteria floors daily. Complete additional cleaning duties such as: Hallways Restrooms High‑touch surfaces Carts, chairs, and serving areas Keep cafeteria stocked, organized, and ready for each group. General Expectations Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times. Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with young children. Communicate respectfully with staff and children. Follow all center policies and procedures.
