Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit Assist with food preparation, serving, bussing tables, and ensuring timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing workstations, dining areas, and restrooms Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and health regulations Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up after functions Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs Ensure all food industry standards are met or exceeded to deliver an exceptional dining experience Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and maintain high standards of hygiene Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and restaurant operations is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Experience in hotel or food industry environments will be advantageous A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service Join us as a and become part of a lively team committed to creating enjoyable experiences through outstanding service!
