In this dynamic role, you will support the serving staff by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with food and beverage service, and ensuring that every guest receives exceptional hospitality. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will be key in delivering smooth operations and fostering a positive atmosphere for both guests and team members. Job will consists of working Friday Evenings, Saturday Brunch and Dinner, and Sunday Brunch. There may be need for special days as well. Will be paid hourly and will receive a Tip-Out based on the shifts sales. Duties Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining space. Support food service operations by delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately. Maintain cleanliness standards through regular cleaning of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering basic questions about the menu, and addressing guest needs courteously. Support catering events or special functions as needed, helping set up, serve, and clean up to ensure seamless event execution. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality, communication, and teamwork throughout each shift. Skills Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards. Experience in bussing tables and supporting food service operations in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
