Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and perform cashier duties with precision and integrity. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the dining area meets sanitation guidelines. Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly to ensure quick service delivery. Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks and food industry best practices to ensure quality standards are met. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurants is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Experience in cashiering, food handling, or retail math will help you excel in this role. Knowledge of food safety procedures and sanitation standards is highly valued. Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
