Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and fill levels of salad bar, work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of individuals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
