Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are spotless and properly set for new guests Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, including chairs, tables, and surrounding surfaces, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays or equipment safely and with proper lifting techniques Support servers by bussing dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly to maintain a clean dining space Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnovers and guest needs Maintain cleanliness in the service area by sweeping floors and disposing of trash appropriately Assist with basic food handling tasks when necessary, always following health and safety guidelines Skills Strong cleaning and sanitation skills to uphold hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant Excellent internal communication skills to work seamlessly with servers, kitchen staff, and management Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude toward guests and team members Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of table setting, food safety procedures, and catering practices is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Effective communication skills to ensure smooth teamwork during busy hours Join us as a Busser and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
