Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club , located in Georgetown, TX , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server Assistant/Busser ! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Assures that all material used by server is clean and ready for daily operation Fills and re-fills water glasses and removes any place settings not being used Clears dishes located in front of guest upon completion of course Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to changes tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins Assists the server when needed Keeps workstations well stocked of items and ingredients Clean workstations, takes out trash, and vacuums the dining room Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Regular and reliable attendance Performs other duties as required High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job Frequently stands, walks and sits Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks and listens Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions Frequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicals May come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals Noise level is moderate Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
