Part time. Hours vary based on events schedule. Monday-Saturday.

Responsibilities :
Ensure front and back of the house are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. Prepares Captain's Reports, detailing the function and comments of the client. Promotes, models, and maintains the highest level of customer service to all Thanksgiving Point guests. Prepare and coordinate assignments for staff assigned to each event. Greet client for event and stay in contact throughout the event. Work closely with Catering Manager, Event Managers, and Director of Food and Beverage to ensure all event details are carried out. Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values and Policies. Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
Requirements :
Minimum one-year experience as a server/supervisor in a high-volume restaurant or banquet facility preferred. Ability to lead a team to desired results, make quick and accurate decisions, and work with little or no supervision. Physical requirements include but are not limited to: standing for long periods of time, lifting and carry up to 50 pounds at a time, bending the knees, and manipulating small objects. A current food handler's permit. Be a problem solver and work effectively in a group. Be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to communicate effectively. Excellent hospitality skills, knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette are required. Be at least 21 years old. Must pass a background check. Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check in order to drive for work.
