Job Summary We are seeking a warm, friendly, and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team! As the face of our morning Express Start™ Breakfast, you will ensure our guests start their day with a great meal and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Buffet Setup & Maintenance:

Prepare and set up the morning breakfast buffet according to brand standards, including hot items (pancakes, eggs, breakfast meats), bakery items, juices, and coffee station.

Guest Service:

Greet guests warmly as they enter, answer questions, provide directions, and assist guests with special dietary needs or requests with a positive attitude.

Food Safety & Quality:

Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health department regulations. Monitor food temperatures and ensure all items are fresh and properly displayed.

Stocking & Inventory:

Keep food dishes, coffee pots, condiments, paper goods, and utensils fully stocked throughout service hours.

Dining Area Maintenance:

Continuously clear and wipe down tables, sanitize high-touch areas, sweep/mop spills, and keep the breakfast lounge immaculate for incoming guests.

Post-Service Breakdown & Prep:

Disassemble the breakfast line at closing time, properly store leftover food, clean equipment (pancake machines, warming trays, juice/coffee dispensers), and restock non-perishable items to prepare for the next day.
