We are currently seeking a part-time breakfast attendant to join our growing team! Experience in food industry preferred but not required. This position will be 2-3 days per week and must be flexible on days available to work as weekends are included. Tasks include but not limited to the following : Provide welcoming and hospitable atmosphere to all guests in the hotel as well as assisting guests with inquires/requests related to the breakfast Prepare and set-up the breakfast bar in accordance with brand standards and health guidelines Ensuring all items are fresh and remain stocked during breakfast hours Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area and kitchen, including the tables, chairs, counters, and equipment Breakdown of the breakfast bar after closing with general cleaning of breakfast area, equipment, dishes, and counters Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, and notify management when ordering is needed
