Part-Time / Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our team. In this role, you will create a welcoming breakfast experience for our guests by preparing and maintaining our complimentary breakfast area while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and understands the importance of making every guest feel welcome. Responsibilities Prepare, set up, and maintain the hotel's complimentary breakfast each morning. Keep all food, beverages, and supplies fully stocked, fresh, and presented attractively. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary breakfast area throughout the shift. Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. Refill coffee, juice, and other breakfast items as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns and notify management when appropriate. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Keep storage areas clean, organized, and properly stocked. Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly. Work cooperatively with all hotel departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Assist in other hotel departments when needed. Follow all hotel safety procedures, company policies, and operational standards. Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment. Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs as needed.
