Our kitchen will offer fresh, deli-style food including sandwiches, hamburgers, burritos, breakfast items, and other quick-service menu options. The ideal candidate should have previous restaurant, deli, convenience-store, or commercial kitchen experience and have a basic understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, food safety, and sanitation. The cook will be responsible for preparing customer orders efficiently, maintaining food quality and freshness, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and providing friendly customer service. The ability to work independently during an assigned shift is essential. Responsibilities Prepare and cook sandwiches, hamburgers, burritos, breakfast items, and other menu items Follow recipes, preparation procedures, and portion guidelines Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate grills, fryers, ovens, microwaves, and other kitchen equipment safely Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food-safety procedures Monitor food quality, freshness, and expiration dates Properly store, label, and rotate food products Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed Keep kitchen workstations, equipment, and food-preparation areas clean and sanitized Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment as needed Maintain an organized kitchen throughout the entire shift Provide friendly and professional customer service Work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities during the assigned shift Follow company policies and applicable health and safety regulations Requirements At least 1 year of previous experience in a restaurant, deli, convenience-store kitchen, or other food-service environment Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Experience preparing foods such as sandwiches, burgers, wraps/burritos, breakfast foods, and similar quick-service items Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment Knowledge of basic food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and portion guidelines Ability to work independently without constant supervision Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional when interacting with customers Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/reach as required Must be available to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Schedule Our kitchen operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PM Overnight:
10:00 PM•6:00 AM Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Compensation $16.00•18.00 per hour, depending on experience. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, clean, efficient, and already comfortable working in a kitchen. You should be able to come into the position with a basic understanding of cooking and food preparation and quickly learn our specific menu and procedures. This is a hands-on kitchen position—not a training-level position for someone with no previous food-service experience.
Pay:
$16.00•$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
