Hotel Breakfast Attendant

In this lively role, you'll be the first smiling face guests see in the morning, ensuring the breakfast area is inviting, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Serve hot beverages such as coffee, tea, and juice with friendly efficiency Monitor food levels throughout service, refilling and replenishing items as needed to maintain variety and abundance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety standards Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests with a positive attitude Support catering or banquet events when required, ensuring smooth service delivery during busy periods Requirements Prior experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments; fine dining or restaurant experience is highly valued Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations Experience in serving, food preparation, or banquet service preferred Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving supplies Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Previous dietary aide or food industry experience is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering exceptional breakfast experiences that delight our guests from the moment they start their day!
