Full Job Description Overview:
We are currently seeking an Attendant to join our team. As an Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. This position requires knowledge and experience in the food industry, catering, and food safety.Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with food preparation and handling, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining tables, counters, and serving stations
- Assist with banquet setup and breakdown as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
