Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, prep, and sanitation tasks as needed Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction processing accurately Experience with serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, or food industry roles is a plus Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and contribute positively to sales goals Join us in creating exceptional experiences through energetic service and genuine hospitality!
