This position is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. All breakfast food is provided by our supplier and prepared using microwave or warming equipment—no cooking experience required. Hotel operations run 24/7, so flexibility is important. We do our best to maintain a consistent schedule. Responsibilities Set up and start breakfast service on time Refill and restock the breakfast buffet as needed Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation Assist guests with basic breakfast questions Clean and sanitize breakfast area, dining area, and kitchen after service Wash dishes and utensils used during breakfast Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of storage areas Follow food safety and hygiene standards Work weekends, holidays, and cover shifts when needed Perform other duties as assigned by management Food handlers card Qualifications Friendly and customer-service oriented Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Attention to detail and cleanliness Previous hotel or food service experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Food handlers card Work Environment Hotel breakfast area and small kitchen Fast-paced during breakfast hours Supportive team environment Summary As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play an important role in starting our guests' day on a positive note.
